Pamara (PhD, M.S., Cornell University) is the proud founder and CEO of Bright Bites Nutrition, LLC, where she brings an evidence-based, personalized approach to nutrition care. She specializes in sustainable strategies that support long-term health, with particular expertise in women’s health, family-centered care, pediatric nutrition, and food allergies — reflecting her commitment to supporting clients across all stages of life.

Pamara spent 15 years as a professor and researcher in health communication before transitioning from academia to private practice to make a more direct, meaningful impact on individuals and families.

She has advanced training in Nutrition Science and Pediatric Nutrition through Stanford University’s School of Medicine, along with additional expertise in allergy care. She is also a certified ACE (American Council on Exercise) Nutritional Specialist and ACE Health Coach. She is currently working toward becoming a board-certified nutrition specialist (CNS).

She is an active member of the Society of Adolescent Health and Medicine, the Gerontological Society of America, and the American Public Health Association — affiliations that keep her at the forefront of emerging research and best practices in nutrition.
